- Reservations should be made so that arrangements may be made to open the restrooms.
- No campfires are permitted within city limits.

De Kalb : Contact De Kalb City Hall for permits during business hours: (903) 667.2410. After business hours or weekends, please contact Denise Swint at (903) 826.1359. At the present time there is primitive camping at the industrial park. Four (4) spaces have water and electricity. There are a total of 12 spaces and 4 pens for equine use. There will be no fee for dry camping and $10 a night with hook-ups. Showers are available at the city storm shelter and De Kalb VFD.
