On June 25th, 2016, a Joint Session of the NorthEast Texas Trail (NETT) Board of Directors, the working committees, and interested trail supporters met at the Paris City Council Chambers. At this meeting the Committee Chairs presented their committees efforts of 3 – NETT Workshops held over a 6 month period, resulting in action plans, deliverables, and timelines for completion. At the conclusion of the meeting the Board unanimously authorized the execution of the presented Strategic Plan for 2016-2017. Attached is the links to download the Approved 2016-2017 Strategic Plan.
